PV - 40 MW pre-RTB (zachodniopomorskie)

A photovoltaic farm project with a planned capacity of 40 MW, located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, is at an advanced stage of development and has obtained all the key administrative approvals necessary to proceed with the investment process.

The project is being carried out on a single plot of land measuring 47.77 ha, owned by a single owner who is also developing the project. All of the land has been secured, which significantly simplifies the project’s implementation and eliminates the risks associated with acquiring property rights.

A key advantage of the project is the environmental decision that has been obtained, under which no requirement to prepare an environmental impact report was imposed, thereby streamlining the subsequent administrative process. The project has also been issued a zoning decision, and the connection conditions are expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The project is located within the service area of Enea Operator S.A., and there are four Main Power Supply Points (GPZ) within a radius of approximately 20 km , which provides flexibility in selecting the target connection point to the power grid.
