Project description

Ahybrid renewable energyproject located in the Lublin Province. The project involves the development of a solar farm, with a potential expansion to include an energy storage facility, an additional PV installation, and a wind farm, all leveraging the site’s shared location and grid connection potential.

The basic project involves the construction of a24 MW photovoltaic farm, for whichconnection conditions have already been obtained. The project is being implemented on a secured site covering an areaof 19.42 ha, with the possibility of expanding byan additional23.31 ha, which creates the conditions for further scaling up the investment.

A key advantage of the project is the short connection route—the planned connection to thePGE Dystrybucjagrid requires the construction of approximately 200 meters, plus an additional 1 kilometer of connection infrastructure. The connection date has been set forJanuary 27, 2029.

The project is located in an area not subject to any nature conservation measures, with no flood risk, no organic soils, and no drainage ditches, which reduces environmental risk and facilitates the further investment process.

Key Information:

Basic PV project: 24 MW

Location: province lubelskie

Area of protected land: 19.42 ha

Expansion potential: an additional 23.31 ha

Distribution System Operator: PGE Dystrybucja

Connection requirements: met

Planned length of the connection: approx. 200 m + approx. 1 km

Connection date: January 27, 2029

Project status:

  • Grid connection conditions for a 24 MW PV farm – obtained
  • Zoning Decision (WZ) – obtained
  • Environmental Decision – Prior to Issuance
  • Building permit – planned for 2028
  • Land secured for the project on a long-term basis
  • Lack of nature conservation measures within the project area
  • No flood risk or restrictions due to soil conditions

Growth potential:

The project offers the opportunity to create a comprehensive energy cluster by implementing the subsequent phases of the investment:

  • an additional 15 MW solar farm– application for grid connection terms submitted in October 2025, planned RTB status in 2028
  • a 24 MW energy storage system (BESS) with a capacity of 55 MWh—application for connection terms submitted in November 2025, planned RTB status in 2028,
  • A 16–20 MW wind farm– application for grid connection terms planned for the fourth quarter of 2026; RTB status planned for 2029.
