Project description
For sale: a hybrid PV + energy storage project located in Mazowieckie Voivodeship (PGE), at the RTB stage.
The project includes:
a PV installation with a connection capacity of 2.96 MW
energy storage: charging power: 5 MW, discharging power: 2.96 MW Capacity: 21.5 MWh
Land secured by a lease agreement – a plot with an area of 2.1524 ha. Length of connection to the Main Supply Point (GPZ): approx. 1200 m.
Connection agreement signed (PGE).
Connection cost according to the Connection Agreement (UP): 210,750 PLN gross.
Project submitted to NFOŚ – capacity 21.5 MWh.
Grant awarded. No submission to the capacity market CfD.
Standby rent: 200 PLN.
Target lease rent: 15,000 PLN.
