Grid Connection Project for the Distribution System (DSO) – BESS 240 MW / 240 MW

Connection Voltage: 400 kV

Energy Storage Capacity: 240 MW (grid injection) / 240 MW (grid withdrawal)

Planned energization date: June 2030.

Estimated Connection Fee: 25,565,500.00 PLN net + VAT

The project involves the connection of a distribution system, integrated with energy storage systems with a total installed capacity of 240 MW (charging and discharging), to the transmission grid.

In accordance with the connection conditions issued by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (PSE S.A.), the investment is planned for implementation at a 400 kV voltage level, with the connection point located at the 400/220/110 kV Plewiska substation (Busbar Bridge in the 400 kV switchgear).

The earliest date for ensuring energization readiness has been set for June 2030, assuming the connection agreement is concluded in May 2026. This date may be subject to change during the negotiation of the connection agreement's terms and depending on the Operator's network investment implementation schedule.

The estimated connection fee, determined based on the connection conditions, amounts to 25,565,500.00 PLN net + VAT, with the possibility of an update during the conclusion of the connection agreement.
