Planned number of turbines: approx. 10–15 (approx. 7 MW each)

• Preliminary energy production analyses
• No Natura 2000 areas or nature protection zones.
• General Plan / Local Spatial Development Plan (under procedure – planned adoption 2026)
• Grid Connection Conditions: planned application submission Q1 2028
• Environmental Decision: planned after the adoption of the Local Spatial Development Plan.
• Building Permit: planned Q1 2031

Possible connection points: 110 kV HV substation (TAURON) or 400 kV (PSE).
Land secured for the Main Power Outlet (GPO) station in the immediate vicinity of the HV substation.
Estimated cable line length: approx. 14 km.

The project has road access and a complete set of preliminary environmental and production analyses.

Transaction structured as SPA + DSA.
