An energy storage project located in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship (Energa), currently at the pre-RTB stage, is available for sale.
Land parcel with a local spatial development plan designated for production/services.
Discharging capacity: 8 MW
Charging Power: 4 MW
Storage Capacity: 38.4 MWh
Land secured by a lease agreement, with an annual rent of PLN 20k payable from the commencement of construction, and no standby fees.
Connection length to the Main Supply Point (GPZ): approx. 300 m - route secured.
Grid connection agreement signed.
Planned energization: 30.09.2026.
Connection cost according to the Grid Connection Agreement: PLN 159,000.
