Land secured – approx. 4.73 ha.
Lease rent: approx. 45,000 PLN/ha (construction/fencing stage).

- Secured lease
- Local Spatial Development Plan permitting project implementation
- Connection conditions: planned to be obtained by the end of 2026 (connection 2030)
- Building Permit: planned Q4 2027
Proximity to HV substation – cable line length approx. 400 m.
