We are a consulting firm with corporate experience, employing 5 people. We also support contracting or service companies seeking to attract investors.

We can secure financing and investors for RES projects, such as biomethane or energy storage, as well as for companies operating in the energy sector.

Types of financing: grants, loans, leasing, preferential loans, equity capital, and others.

We prepare financial models, business plans / feasibility analyses, and documentation for financing institutions (e.g., banks, investment funds). We manage the entire process and assist with negotiations.

We have previously prepared feasibility analyses for 25 MW PV+25MW BESS projects and 50 MW BESS projects. Currently, we represent clients in sales and negotiations for 19 MW BESS projects, 50 MW PV+BESS+Wind projects, 25 MW BESS projects, and in securing financing for energy storage facilities.

ARIXO advisory is a financial and business consulting firm specializing in Energy and Infrastructure. The firm's founder is Artur Wronkowski, who previously served as a Vice Director at an international consulting firm from the so-called BIG4, where he executed M&A and financing transactions for RES projects totaling over 1 GW.
