The first phase of the investment includes a 30 MW PV project with grid connection terms already issued and a grid connection agreement signed, providing a solid foundation for the further development of the entire project.

The local zoning plan permits the installation of PV systems, hybrid projects, and standalone energy storage facilities. A lease agreement has been secured for the BESS project, and the existing development area allows for further expansion of the project. According to the owner’s analyses, the site has a potential of approximately 180 MWp of PV capacity, with the possibility of implementing energy storage systems on a comparable scale, depending on available grid connection capacity and the adopted commercial concept.
