WIND - 98 MW greenfield project (Dolnośląskie)

A wind farm project located in the Lower Silesia Province is for sale; the project is at the greenfield stage.

Total project capacity: 70–98 MW
Planned number of turbines: approx. 10–15 (approx. 7 MW each)

Land secured through lease agreements for all turbine sites.

Project status:

• Secured lease
• Preliminary analyses of energy production
• No Natura 2000 sites or nature conservation areas
• Master Plan / Local Land Use Plan (currently under review – scheduled for adoption in 2026)
• Connection terms: application to be submitted in Q1 2028
• Environmental decision: to be made after the adoption of the local zoning plan
• Building permit: expected in Q1 2031

Possible connection points: 110 kV substation (TAURON) or 400 kV substation (PSE).
Land secured for the GPO substation in the immediate vicinity of the substation.
Estimated length of the cable line: approx. 14 km.

The project has access to a road and a set of preliminary environmental and production studies.

Transaction under the SPA + DSA structure.
