A PV project with the potential for expansion to include energy storage is for sale; it is located in the Lower Silesia Province and is in the pre-auction stage.
PV capacity: 140 MWp
BESS capacity: up to 140 MW (approx. 560 MWh)
Land secured – approx. 165 ha.
Lease rent: approx. 16,700 PLN/ha.
Project status:
- Secured lease
- A local zoning plan that allows for the implementation of the project
- Environmental decision: expected to be issued in Q3 2026
- Connection requirements: application to be submitted in 2026
- Building permit: planned for Q3 2027
Estimated length of the cable line: approx. 12 km.
The project allows for the simultaneous implementation of a PV system and a battery energy storage system (BESS)—we are currently focusing on the PV aspect.
A transaction under the SPA + DSA arrangement.
