PV - 70 MW pre-RTB, COD (kujawsko-pomorskie Voivodeship)

A 70 MWp solar farm project is for sale, with the potential to increase capacity to 70 MWp, located in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The project is at an advanced stage of development (pre-RTB) and is scheduled to achieve RTB status in Q1 2027.

The project holds all key property rights and has secured the terms for connection to the 110 kV grid.

• ✅ Connection terms obtained
• ✅ a signed connection agreement

• building permit

Permission was also granted to construct an exit from the public road.
