Wind farm project for sale, located in Dolnośląskie Voivodeship, at the greenfield stage.

Total project capacity: 63 MW
Planned number of turbines: 9 (approx. 7 MW each)

Land secured by lease agreements for all turbine locations.

Project status:

• Secured lease
• Preliminary energy production analyses
• No Natura 2000 areas or nature protection zones.
• An application has been submitted for the inclusion of turbines in the master plan (one municipality has already granted approval).
• Grid connection conditions: application submission planned for Q4 2027.
• Environmental permit: planned after the adoption of the master plan.
• Building Permit: planned Q4 2030

Possible connection points: 110 kV / 220 kV / 400 kV grid (TAURON / PSE).
Land secured for the GPO station.
Estimated cable line length: approx. 16 km.

The project has road access and a complete set of preliminary environmental and production analyses.

Transaction in a share deal formula (100% shares in SPV).
