Grid Connection Project for the Distribution System (DSO) – BESS 240 MW / 240 MW

Estimated grid connection fee: PLN 22,692,666.67 net + VAT

The project involves the connection of a distribution system, integrated with energy storage systems with a total installed capacity of 240 MW (charging and discharging), to the transmission grid.

In accordance with the grid connection conditions issued by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (PSE S.A.), the investment is planned for implementation at a 220 kV voltage level, with the connection point at the 400/220 kV Rogowiec substation (Busbar in the 220 kV switchgear).

The earliest date for ensuring energization has been set for April 2033, assuming the grid connection agreement is concluded in June 2026. This date may change during the negotiation of the grid connection agreement's terms and depending on the Operator's schedule for network investment implementation.

The estimated grid connection fee, determined based on the grid connection conditions, amounts to PLN 22,692,666.67 net + VAT, with the possibility of adjustment during the conclusion of the grid connection agreement.
