Estimated connection fee: PLN 22,692,666.67 (net) + VAT

The project involves connecting a distribution system integrated with energy storage facilities with a total installed capacity of 240 MW (charging and discharging) to the transmission grid.

In accordance with the connection terms issued by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (PSE S.A.), the project is planned to be implemented at the 220 kV voltage level, with the connection point located at the 400/220 kV Rogowiec substation (Busbar in the 220 kV switchyard).

The earliest date for ensuring readiness to supply power has been set for April 2033, assuming that the connection agreement is signed in June 2026. This date is subject to change during the negotiation of the connection agreement and depending on the Operator’s network investment schedule.

The estimated connection fee, determined based on the connection terms and conditions, amounts to PLN 22,692,666.67 net plus VAT, subject to adjustment at the time the connection agreement is signed.
