Acquiring financing or investors for projects and companies in the energy sector and other industries

We are a consulting company with corporate experience, employing five people. We also support contractors and service providers who want to attract investors.

We can obtain financing and investors for renewable energy projects, e.g., biomethane, energy storage, or for companies operating in the energy sector.

Types of financing: grants, loans, leasing, preferential loans, equity capital, and others.

We prepare a financial model, business plan/profitability analysis, and documentation for the financing institution (e.g., bank, investment fund). We manage the entire process and assist in negotiations.

We have already prepared profitability analyses for 25 MW PV+25 MW BESS and 50 MW BESS projects. We are currently representing clients in sales and negotiations for 19 MW BESS, 50 MW PV+BESS+Wind, and 25 MW BESS projects, as well as in obtaining financing for energy storage facilities.

ARIXO advisory is a financial and business consulting company for the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. The company was founded by Artur Wronkowski, who was previously a deputy director at an international consulting firm from the so-called BIG4, where he completed M&A and financing transactions for renewable energy projects exceeding 1 GW.

Currently, the ARIXO team consists of several people + external experts. We deal with the following areas:

2) M&A (sale or purchase of companies, projects, renewable energy assets)

3) Purchase or sale of green energy, green gases, and green fuels, as well as support in RES and PPA auctions and in selecting a company to manage the energy storage facility.

5) Business and strategic consulting (market analysis, strategy development, business plans and feasibility studies, tariff calculations for DSOs, energy price forecasting, selection of warehouse management partners, and others).
