A hybrid PV + energy storage project located in the Lower Silesia Province is for sale.
PV capacity: 200 MWp
BESS capacity: 45 MW (approx. 200 MWh)
Land secured – approx. 200 ha.
Lease rent: approx. 18,000 PLN/ha.

- A local zoning plan that allows for the implementation of the project
- Connection Terms (PSE – 400 kV)
- Connection Agreement (scheduled to be signed in 2027)
- Building permit: planned for 2026–2027
Connection to the transmission grid (PSE) – approximately 8 km of line (110 kV + 400 kV).
Estimated connection cost: approximately PLN 14 million (with the possibility of cost-sharing).
Planned launch date: November 2031.
The project was designed using a hybrid PV + BESS model.
Share deal transaction (100% of shares in the SPV).
